Where are you based out of?
I live in Hoosick Falls, NY!
What are your hours?
I typically work a minimum of eight hours per day with little intermittent breaks at our discretion. Usually, I get started with bands anywhere between 10am and noon!
How do you prefer payment?
Please send all payments as PayPal “Friends and Family” to info@hellherestudios.com, CashApp to $savingrobbie or Venmo to @hellherestudios.
Will you help promote our music once it’s released?
Yes, I will do my best to help promote your music! I won’t let any music that I’m not proud of walk out of this studio, so I can share it on my socials when the time comes. Just please send me all final release assets as early as possible and remind me!
What gear do you have that we can use?
I have a four string Music Man Sterling Ray bass set up in drop C, an ESP LTD EC-1000 set up in drop C, an EverTune ESP LTD Deluxe 7-string set up in drop F#, and an EverTune ESP LTD MH-1000 set up in drop C. I have a Shure SM7B for my recording microphone with a Cloudlifter preamp as well as Slate ML-1 condenser microphone (my go-to for clean vocals).
What genres are you comfortable with producing?
I’m most comfortable with rock/metal genres, but can also do acoustic material and hiphop as well! My favorite sub genres to work in are: metalcore, hardcore, and deathcore.
What gear do I need to bring?
Any specific guitars/basses you want to record with (set up properly with fresh strings) and drums! I will elaborate more in my studio itinerary when and if we work together.
When will we receive our final files?
My turnaround time is relatively quick and, depending on the size of the project and context, will typically be a maximum of two weeks per draft! This will be outlined in the contract. I would also like to point out that I will not send final, official files over until I am PAID IN FULL (unless otherwise agreed upon), so please keep that in mind beforehand!
How many rounds of revisions will you do? Are they free?
Typically, I offer a maximum of TWO free revisions. However, if you want additional revisions AFTER giving me final approval, I charge hourly rounded up to the nearest hour (unless otherwise stated). So make sure that, when you approve one of my drafts, you really mean it!
When are you available?
Please reach out to me as soon as possible with your project details so we have the best shot at getting you in when you want! Keep in mind that I’m also in an active band, which significantly affects my availability.

What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds unless I’m the one who has to postpone or outright cancel a session. Any money for services not rendered at the point would be refunded back to you!
Am I allowed to drink/smoke/do drugs at the studio?
You are absolutely NOT allowed to consume any alcohol or drugs, regardless of their legality, without my permission. If I suspect you to be intoxicated during the recording process, I reserve the right to terminate the project effective immediately if I deem appropriate. I’m cool with most things, so please just ask me beforehand!
Do you offer mixing and mastering services?
Yes, I also offer mixing and mastering if requested!
