PRICING

How much do you charge?

Recording Sessions: $300/day

Mix/Master: $300/song

Instrumental Ghost Write: $500/song

Keep in mind, these are my current base rates and are subject to change at any time. I also can offer discounts for committing to bulk work.

What type of payments do you accept?

I can accommodate most payment types, but prefer PayPal “Friends and Family” payments sent to info@hellotherestudios.com! I also accept CashApp to $savingrobbie or Venmo to @hellherestudios.

What services do you offer?

I offer recording, production, editing, any additional post-production, mixing, and mastering. I can also ghost write instrumentals!

Do you do payment plans?

I typically ask for up to 50% of the quote up front as a non-refundable booking deposit, a payment upon arrival at the studio, and the remainder of the payment before receiving the final, approved files.

When can I expect a turnaround?

My turnaround time (depending on the size of the project) is typically two weeks maximum. However, I would like to note that I will NOT send the final, official files until I am paid in full. Each revision, if requested, may take anywhere from a few hours to a few days but will never exceed one week unless otherwise stated beforehand.

Are there any additional fees to keep in mind outside of the quote?

If you need revisions done AFTER the files have been officially approved or after you’ve surpassed my free revision limit, I charge $20/hour rounded up to the nearest hour. If a band breaks any of the rules in the contract, there may be additional fees associated with that as well, such as damaging Hell Here Studios property.

Is there a contract?

For projects exceeding $1,000, I will typically send a contract for a representative of artist to review and sign. This is to make sure both parties are being held accountable to their end of the deal and agree to following the expectations we set for each other! Everything outlined on this website and more will be spelled out in the contract, but details will vary project-to-project.
